This is great, about time we had another avenue of communication.

Denbighshire are running AIX with Academy V9.11.

Currently testing V12, Homelessness, CSM (for ASB monitoring) and Enquiry Point.

We are running live on 11.24 from this week, it is also on all 4 of our other test / training databases.

Some issues with timeouts and delays in saving data. Bit too early to give any more positive (or negative) feedback.

Users attending the IT sig will have heard first hand the issues from Mark Fairweather (IT Manager)!

Hi Peter

Thanks for setting up the forum, a great idea, lets hope lots of sites contribute and that its not left to a few sites to contribute.

Anyway, we at Magna are in the 'fortunate' position of having upgraded to release 11.23, 11.24 shortly and have gone through the angst of the upgrade, for which I am still receiving therapy.

I am happy to answer queries concerning the upgrade, however bear with me posting my reponses, things are still quite 'busy' here after the upgrade.
