Tue Oct 24, 2006 8:55 pm   Welcome to the forum

If you are a registered user, please post a reply to this topic by way of introduction. As an Academy Housing user it will be very useful to other members of the forum to know which version of Academy Housing you are using. If you use Ingres on Windows that is also useful to know.

I hope you find the forum useful and I welcome any ideas you may have to improve it.

Pete

Many thanks Pete for setting this forum up - I'm sure it will be a valuable resource to all Academy users.

As far as letting other members know what version we are using etc., it would probably be best if everyone could put those sort of details in their signature.

Good idea, happy that you have done this. It's certainly been harder to keep in touch with other sites since the individual user groups have gone.
Thanks

Hope this site is useful. Sovereign are a windows site currently using version 10.15.

We are testing version 12 and have found 2 show stoppers. These are the "vapourware" ADE integration and the Appointments team diary - a throw back to REP.377. Roll on version 12.1!

Pete - Thanks for setting this site up!

Hi Robert
What's the problem with the team diary in v12?

Hi

Thanks to Pete for setting this up. Although we've been with Academy since 1998 we have been unable to participate in the User Groups due to the expense of traveling. We are probably the smallest client of Academy with only 1200 or so properties.

We are on version 9.1, Ingres 2.6 on a Windows 2003 server. We have really underused Academy but are now committed to developing it so hopefully we will get a few suggestions and help from all you experts.

Cheers

David

Thank you, Pete for setting this up. Already I have found it interesting to read the other posts and it will be very useful to be able to communicate with another user about the concerns and problems that we all are experiencing.

Well done!
